All owners of a purebred Anatolian Shepherd dog are welcome to complete this Breed Health Survey for each Anatolian Shepherd Dog they have owned since 2011. All countries and registries are welcome!

I’m not in the United States. Should I do this survey?

Absolutely! If you own an Anatolian Shepherd Dog, we’d love to hear from you! Location is not restricted for the Survey.

Why should I take this survey?

This survey is open for a limited time. The goal of this survey is to identify trends in the health of the Anatolian Shepherd Dog breed worldwide.

By completing this survey, you are supporting breed-specific research that Anatolian Shepherd clubs and breeders can use to better screen for, monitor and prevent health issues in the breed.

No! All responses to the breed health survey are anonymous. You will not enter any of your identifying information like your name, your dog’s name, your contact information, etc.

Please only ONE survey per dog, regardless of if they are alive today, or not.
Multiple survey submissions for the same dog could skew the results of this survey.
